1. General
These terms of service apply to all purchases and use of the website messiniolive.se, operated by Messini Olive AB. By using our website, you agree to these terms.
2. Products and Prices
All prices are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount.
3. Orders and Payment
An order is binding once you have completed payment via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Klarna. You will receive an order confirmation by email after completed payment.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer legislation, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received the goods. The goods must be returned in their original condition. Return costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
5. Complaints
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 14 days at admin@messiniolive.se. We will resolve the issue through replacement or refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
Messini Olive AB is not responsible for indirect damages or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
7. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes should primarily be resolved through dialogue. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
