Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs
We offer a flat shipping rate of 100 SEK for all orders within Sweden. Free shipping on orders over 750 SEK.
Delivery Time
Orders are normally delivered within 2–5 business days via PostNord. We ship Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package at postnord.se.
Delivery Countries
We currently deliver to Sweden. Delivery to the rest of Europe is planned. Contact us at admin@messiniolive.se for more information about international orders.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by PostNord or circumstances beyond our control. For delays longer than 10 business days, please contact us and we will assist you.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package is damaged upon delivery, take photos and contact us within 48 hours at admin@messiniolive.se. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
